Sweeping Services
Sometimes a site cannot be painted due to the condition of the lot. We cannot paint extremely dirty sites or ones with heavy debris.
For light sweeping, we can include a light sweeping fee in our quote. If the sweeping is considered too heavy then please inquire about referrals for sweeper truck services.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is required in some instances when there is debris that is ingrained or when there are liquid or semi liquid substances littering the site. Whether it be area or complete site washing we will assist you to help you achieve the best possible results for your site. Please contact for more information.
Resurfacing
Sometimes it is necessary to say goodbye to your old surfacing and invest in a fresh new surface treatment.
For “Skim-Coating” or complete resurfacing projects, please contact us for a referral for the best contractors in your area. A nice new surface is our chance to display our layout skills.
Sealcoating
Although not generally recommended due to short life-spans, sealcoating is an inexpensive alternative to new pavement.
We have sought out the best sealcoating firms to provide our clients with the best possible coverage to ensure our own services will not be undermined by improper surface treatments.
Commercial Painting
Now in addition to our quality line painting services we are able to offer commercial painting services. Whether it be a small touchup, painting of out buildings and/or objects or structures, or a complete painting of your main facility we will provide you with quality work at a fair price.
Shot Blasting / Scarifying
Shot blasting and scarifying are both ways to clean and prepare surfaces like concrete and metal, but they use different tools and have unique results
